Yoga Teacher

He has 12 years of self-practice and began his yogic adventure at Yog Divya Mandir Delhi, where he studied under Guruji Shyamlalji for 4 years. He practiced brahmacharya, shatkarma, asanas, and pranayama in accordance with the ashram's traditional norms. Yoga's academic background began at Chandra Mahavidyalay (Deshraj campus), where he also finished his degree in Dyn. He received his master's degree in yoga from Ladnun, a Jain Vishwa Bharti. studied RYS 500 at Yog Vidya Mandiram and yoga therapy for a year at Yogdrashta, which was conducted by Acharya Buddha Dev. He is qualified to instruct students in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Kundlini, Pranayama, Mudra, Meditation, and Shatkarma yoga. He speaks Hindi and English and has eight years of teaching experience.
